✅ Position: Junior Site Engineer (ጁኒየር ሲቪል መሐንዲስ)

■ Education Requirement: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or related fields (በሲቪል ምህንድስና ወይም ተዛማጅ መስክ የመጀመሪያ ዲግሪ)

● Experience Required: 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience (ከ 2 እስከ 4 ዓመት አግባብ ያለው የሥራ ልምድ ያለው/ያላት)

🛠 Required Skills:

  • Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project.
  • Experience in construction site management, payment document preparation (take-off/IPC), and quality control.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and effective teamwork skills.
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills.
