Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Junior Customer Service Officer or Bank Trainee. Place of Work: Addis Ababa, Dire Dawa, Harar, and Jigjiga.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer Education: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Marketing Management, or a related field from a recognized higher learning institution.
