■ Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing and Sales.

• Candidates with experience in Banks, Microfinance Institutions, SACCOs, FinTech, or other Financial Institutions will be given preference.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering measurable business results.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
