Position 1: Senior Internal Controller I Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields. Work Experience: 3 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as Internal Controller, Customer Service Officer or equivalent positions in Banking Industry. Salary: As per the bank scale Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period Job Grade: IX Workplace: at Branch under Jimma District (Dedo Branch)
Position 2: Senior Customer Service officer Cash I Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields. Work Experience: 3 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as Internal Controller, Customer Service Officer or equivalent positions in Banking Industry. Salary: As per the bank scale Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period Job Grade: IX Work place: at Branches under Jimma District (Omo Nada, Beshasha, Mizan, Botor, Sigimo, Halu, Nedhi Gibe, Tepi and Mufti Goma Branches)
Position 3: Manager Banking Operation Management–I Qualification: MBA/MA/BA degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting and Finance, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields. Work Experience: 3/4 years’ General Work Experience of which 1 year as Senior Internal Controller-I, Senior Customer Service Officer Cash-I or equivalent positions in Banking Industry. Salary: As per the bank scale Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period Job Grade: X Workplace: at Branches under Jimma District (Mizan, Bure and Aba Buna Branches)
Position 4: Manager Banking Operation Management–II Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields. Work experience: 4/5 years’ of which l year as Manager, Banking Operation Management- I, and CSM I or equivalent positions in Banking Industry. Salary: As per the bank scale Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period Job Grade: XI Workplace: at Branches under Jimma District( Chora and Aba Jifar Branches)
Position 5: Manager, Banking Operation Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields. Work experience: 7/8 years’ of which 2 years as BM-I or equivalent positions in Banking Industry. Salary: As per the bank scale Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period Job Grade: XIII Workplace: at Branch under Jimma District (Jimma Branch)
Position 6: Branch Manager Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields. Work experience: 4/5 years’ of which l year as Manager, Banking Operation Management- I, and CSM I or equivalent positions in Banking Industry. Salary: As per the bank scale Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period Job Grade: XI Workplace: Branches under Jimma District( Gambella and Bishishe Branches)
Position 7: Branch Manager-I Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields. Work experience: 5/6 years’ of which 2 years as BM, MBOM-II, CSM-II or equivalent positions in Banking Industry. Salary: As per the bank scale Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period Job Grade: XII Workplace: Branches under Jimma District(Darimu and Firisa Aba Waga Branches)
Position 8: Branch Manager II Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields. Work experience: 7/8 years’ of which 2 years as BM-I or equivalent positions in Banking Industry. Salary: As per the bank scale Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period Job Grade: XIII Workplace: at Branches under Jimma District (Aba Gemechis and Seka Chokorsa )
Position 9: Branch Manager-IV Qualification: MBA/MA/BA Degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Leadership, Marketing Management or related fields. Work experience: 9/10 years’ of which 2 years as BM-III or equivalent positions in Banking Industry. Salary: As per the bank scale Terms of employment: Permanent after Probation Period Job Grade: XV Workplace: at Branch under Jimma District ( Jimma Branch)
