Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Management (COTM), or with related structural engineering field from an accredited institution with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the entire vertical concrete frame execution phase of high-rise commercial/residential developments, ensuring rapid, safe, and precise concrete placements.
- Ensure all structural works strictly adhere to national building codes (EBCS), project technical specifications, and design tolerances for structural steel reinforcement, formwork systems, and concrete ancillaries.
- Serve as ATTA's primary technical representative on site, leading weekly progress meetings, reviewing design variations, and securing approved Work Permits from the supervising consultant before physical execution.
