□ Role Overview
Nexus is seeking creative, articulate, and relatable on-camera hosts and content creators for YouTube and social media channels. You will write scripts, develop video ideas around provided outlines, and present engaging commentary, student motivation, and informative updates.

■ Key Responsibilities

💡 Brainstorm & Write: Research topics, develop video concepts, and write engaging scripts tailored for high school students.

🎥 On-Camera Presenting: Deliver video segments with high energy, confidence, and empathy.

🎓 Student Connection: Deliver motivational messages and educational updates tailored for Grade 12 students.

🎬 Production Collaboration: Work closely with the production team during scheduled studio shooting sessions.

✨ Brand Representation: Maintain a professional, approachable, and authentic presence on camera.

Qualifications & Requirements
Current university student or recent university graduate.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in Amharic (English proficiency is a plus).

Demonstrated ability to write engaging short-form or long-form video scripts.

Natural ability to connect with a youth and student audience on camera.

Comfortable speaking in front of studio lighting and camera equipment.

Reliable, punctual, and available for scheduled filming sessions in Addis Ababa.

Key Skills: Communications, Content Design, Hosting, Creativity.

🌟 Preferred: Previous experience in content creation, video scriptwriting, public speaking, or social media hosting is highly preferred!
