Commercial Nominees would like to invite qualified applicants to apply for the following positions.
Commercial Nominees was established by Commercial Bank of Ethiopia and Construction & Business Bank in 1965. At that time, it provided services such as stock marketing, stock registration & organization, pension account management of Commercial Bank, and insurance commission work.
Position 1: General Maintenance Minimum Requirement
College diploma/TVET level 4 diploma in general mechanics/metal technology and other related field of studies .with 2 years of relevant work experience
Under the instruction and supervision of the Team Leader-Property Management, the General Maintenance worker carries out routine repair and maintenance of buildings and auxiliary facilities; follows up the proper maintenance and timely repair and renovation of buildings, office equipment, communication appliances, water, electric and sewage systems; inspects and traces damages or breakage.
Location: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 2: Human Resource Officer Minimum Requirement
B.A Degree in HRM or Management or Accounting or other business related fields with 2 years related work experience of which 1 year at Job Grade 6.
Competency
- Basic knowledge of human resource management principles and practices
- Basic knowledge of the labor law
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
- Basic computer application skills .
Location: Branch office
Position 3: Branch Manager II Minimum Requirement:
Master’s Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other Business related fields Or BA Degree in Economics or Management or Accounting or other Business related fields with 7/9 years of working experience respectively of which 2 years as a manager
Competency
- Thorough knowledge of business and financial management practices
- Thorough knowledge of financial policies and regulations of the Company
- Ability to coordinate, motivate and direct subordinates;
- Analytical, communication and interpersonal skill;
- Basic computer application skills.
