Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance and Accounting & Finance or with related field of study with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals.
- Oversee accounting operations, budgeting, treasury, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
- Lead financial planning and monitoring for manufacturing and construction projects.
- Ensure compliance with Ethiopian tax laws, accounting standards, and statutory reporting requirements.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team.
