Position: Clearance Staff
Employment Type: Full-time Gender: Female Only Qualification:
- College graduate or above.
- Experience in customs clearance is preferred.
Required Skills:
- Excellent English proficiency (mandatory).
- Fluent in both
English and Amharicwith strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Ability to accurately translate between English and Amharic.
- Good computer skills.
- Careful, detail-oriented, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify customs documents for imported goods.
- Communicate with customs officers and freight agents to facilitate customs clearance and delivery.
- Maintain accurate customs documentation and support the finance team with reconciliation.
- Resolve daily customs clearance issues and maintain good relationships with local business partners.
