We're looking for a self-motivated, professional, ethical, confident, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant.

Position Title: Real Estate Sales Consultant
Vacancies: 15
Employment Type: Full-time / Permanent (On-site)
Experience Level: Intermediate (6 months to 1 year)
Salary: 15,000 ETB / month
Commission: 4.5%

■ Responsibilities:
• Generate qualified leads through active networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Conduct site visits, present properties, and recommend tailored options to prospective buyers.
• Negotiate sales and rental agreements while overseeing necessary legal/administrative documentation.
• Follow up consistently with leads to build and maintain strong long-term client relationships and others.
