It was established on October 30, 2010 with a paid up capital of Birr 9.7 Million, under proclamation No. 86/1994 by the initiation of Berhan Bank S.C and through the investment of 455 visionary founders.
Position 1: Underwriting Officer II
Qualification: BA/BSC/MA/MSC/MBA degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/Economics/ Management or related fields. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience as Underwriter Qty: 2 Salary: Attractive Work Place: Addis Ababa City Branch/ Arba Minch Branch
Position 2: Legal Officer I
Qualification: LLB Degree from a recognized College/ University Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, Salary: Attractive Work Place: Head Office
Position 3: Senior Secretary
Qualification: Diploma/Advanced diploma/ BA degree in secretarial science and office management, information technology, and related fields. Experience: 6 years of relevant work experience for BA degree, 9 years for advanced diploma and 11 years for diploma Salary: Attractive Work Place: Head Office
Position 4: Senior Training Officer
Qualification: BA/MA/MBA in HRM, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Public Administration, Leadership & other related fields. Experience: 5 years of work experience for BA degree, 3 years for MA degree in financial institution Salary: Attractive Work Place: Head Office
Position 5: Content & Graphics Officer II
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience for degree holder, 5 years for diploma holder. Required Skills:
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, & related tools.
- Ability to produce content for digital, social media, & print materials.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles & web content systems.
- Proficiency in utilizing generative AI tools for asset (image, video) creation.
- Ability to create & edit video content

Position 7: Branch Manager I

Experience: A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in insurance operation of which 3 years in senior position
