✅ Position: Real Estate Sales Consultant
■ Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field of study
○ Experience: Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
▪︎Base Salary: 15,000 ETB
Commission: 4%
□ Responsibilities:
• Identify and locate potential buyers through calls, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Promote and sell residential and commercial properties to clients.
• Conduct property site visits and presentations for potential buyers.
• Negotiate sales agreements and documentation.
• Represent the company professionally at exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
