Position 1: Legal Officer I
Qualification: LL.B. Experience: 2 years as Junior Legal Officer or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Legal Officer I or equivalent experience. Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 2: Attorney I
Qualification: LL.B. Experience: 2 years as Junior Attorney or equivalent experience in the banking industry OR 2 years as Attorney I or equivalent experience. Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 3: Digital Banking Officer I
Qualification: BA/BSc in Business Administration, Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Information Systems (BAIS), or related fields. Experience: 2 years as Junior Digital Banking Officer or equivalent experience in the banking industry. Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale Place of Work: City & Outlying District Offices
Position 4: Branch Manager Grade C – Anwar IFB Branch (West Addis Ababa District)
Qualification: BA in Management or Accounting. Experience: 2 years as Manager, Grade D Branch or equivalent OR 9 years of relevant banking industry experience. Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale Place of Work: Anwar IFB Branch, West Addis Ababa District
Position 5: Change Management Officer II
Qualification: BA in Economics, Business Management, Management, or related business fields. Experience:
- 2 years as Change Management Officer I or equivalent
OR4 years relevant banking experience. OR
- 2 years as Change Management Officer II or equivalent
OR5 years relevant banking experience. Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 6: Truck Driver
Qualification: Diploma/TVET 10+3/Level IV Certificate in Auto Mechanics/Automotive with a 4th Grade Driving License and COC Certificate. Experience: 3 years as a Senior Truck Driver. Additional Requirement: Applicants shall sit for a practical driving examination. Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 7: Digital Banking Officer II
Qualification: BA/BSc in Business Administration, Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Information Systems (BAIS), or related fields. Experience: 2 years as Digital Banking Officer I or equivalent OR 4 years relevant banking industry experience. Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale Place of Work: City & Outlying District Offices
Position 8: Senior Business Partnerships Officer
Qualification: BA in Economics, Management, or Accounting. Experience:
- 3 years as Business Partnerships Officer II or equivalent
OR6 years relevant banking experience. OR
- 2 years as Senior Business Partnerships Officer or equivalent
OR7 years relevant banking experience. Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa
Position 9: Manager, Datacenter Management Division
Qualification: MSc or BSc in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. Experience: For MSc Holders:
- 2 years as Head, Datacenter Management Section or equivalent
OR7 years relevant banking experience. OR
- 1 year as Manager, Datacenter Management Division or equivalent
OR8 years relevant banking experience. For BSc Holders:
- 3 years as Head, Datacenter Management Section or equivalent
OR11 years relevant banking experience. OR
- 2 years as Manager, Datacenter Management Division or equivalent
OR12 years relevant banking experience. Salary: As per the Bank’s Salary Scale Place of Work: Head Office, Addis Ababa Deadline: July 24, 2026
