Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism and Hotel Management or with related field of study with relevant work experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute annual sales, marketing, and development strategies. Establish robust business relationships and agreements with corporate clients, travel agencies, and government entities.
- Prepare and present annual budgets and Profit & Loss (P&L) plans to the board. Monitor working capital, manage loan facilities, enforce strict cost controls, and drive cost-reduction initiatives.
- Oversee the performance of the Deputy & Operations Manager. Review guest feedback to continuously refine SOPs and ensure services consistently meet defined luxury standards across the Front Office, café, restaurant, and spa.
