Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or with related field of study with relevant work experience.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall operations of the company.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies.
- Manage and supervise all department heads and employees.
- Drive sales and secure new corporate, NGO, embassy, and government clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency.
- Monitor financial performance, budgets, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly operational and management reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
