Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receive cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, or checks.
- Issue receipts and provide correct change.
- Greet customers politely.
- Answer questions about products, prices, or store policies.
- Scan items and enter prices accurately.
- Process discounts, coupons, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy.
- Count cash at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Ensure the cash drawer matches sales records.
- Record daily transactions.
- Prepare cash reports and deposits when required.
