Position: Graduate Product Advocacy & Sales Associate Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Communication, Public Relations, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; previous work experience is not required.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Interest in sales, customer engagement, and product promotion.
- Ability to learn product information quickly.
- Willingness to conduct fieldwork and travel within the assigned area.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
- Fluency in Amharic, or Oromifa, or Somalia, or Tigrigna
Preferred Competencies
- Confident, persuasive, and approachable personality.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good teamwork and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Ability to handle customer objections positively.
- Experience in student leadership, volunteering, internships, community outreach, or campus sales is an advantage.
