Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect blood and other patient specimens through safe and professional phlebotomy procedures.
- Perform routine laboratory diagnostic tests in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare, label, and process specimens for laboratory analysis.
- Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure accurate test results.
- Conduct quality control procedures and ensure compliance with laboratory standards and protocols.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
