- Verify executed work quantities.
- Prepare monthly work accomplishment reports.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
- Track completed quantities and productivity.
- Review and certify subcontractor payment applications.
- Monitor variations and additional works.
- Maintain accurate quantity and payment records.
- Planning, Progress Monitoring & Cost Control
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules.
- Track completed quantities and productivity.
