KYT Trading Pvt. Ltd. Company, whose trade name is AFROADDIS, is a rapidly growing commercial enterprise owned and run by a team of former diaspora executives. It has been operational since 2015.
To this effect we have secured a sit at Ethiopian Commodity Exchange (ECX) as a direct trader. We plan to work extensively and achieve success in this sector as we have done in the others. Our operations are entirely driven by our value system whose pillars include Trust Integrity and Professionalism (TIP).
Position 1: Graduate Trainee
Education: A Bachelor’s degree (in fields such as Business, Finance, IT, Economics, or related disciplines). Experience: 0-2 years No: 5 Salary: Employment will be on attractive & negotiable package (terms) including benefits and commission.
Position 2: Call Center Officer
Education: Minimum: High school completion certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent) Preferred: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in fields such as: Business Administration, Marketing.

Experience: 0-2 years No: 5 Salary: Employment will be on attractive & negotiable package (terms) including benefits and commission.
Position 3: IT Officer
Education: BSc in Computer Science/BSc in Software Engineering , IT Support Technician or equivalent qualification. Experience: Minimum 2 years No: 1 Salary: Employment will be on attractive & negotiable package (terms) including benefits and commission.
Position 4: Sales Manager
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field (often preferred). Experience: 8 Years No: 2 Salary: Employment will be on attractive & negotiable package (terms) including benefits and commission. Work Place: for field sales team members will be in the field with in Addis Ababa City.
Position 5: Field Sales Team Leader
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to lead, coach, and supervise a team. Experience: Minimum 3 years No: 6 Salary: Employment will be on attractive & negotiable package (terms) including benefits and commission. Work Place: for field sales team members will be in the field with in Addis Ababa City.
Position 6: Business & Operations Officer
Education: BA degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Operations Management, or related fields. Experience: 3 years No: 2 Salary: Employment will be on attractive & negotiable package (terms) including benefits and commission.
Position 7: Senior Field Sales Agent (Comission-based)
Education: BA degree in Sales & Marketing or related fields with relevant experience. Experience: 2 years No: 8 Salary: Employment will be on attractive & negotiable package (terms) including benefits and commission. Work Place: for field sales team members will be in the field with in Addis Ababa City.
Position 8: Field Sales Agent (Comission- based)
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, Management, or related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and persuasion ability. Experience: 0-2 years No: 10 Salary: Employment will be on attractive & negotiable package (terms) including benefits and commission.
