Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage daily cash & bank payment for warehouse expenses, including loading/unloading fees, facility maintenance, labor subsidies, keep daily payment records up to date.
- Maintain detailed ledger of warehouse operational costs: disinfection cost, packaging material expense, temporary labor cost, submit monthly cost statement to finance department.
- Take charge of petty cash custody, expense reimbursement review, receipt management, ensure all expenditure is approved in advance.
- Assist warehouse stock keeper in stocktaking every month/quarter, record financial losses or gains during inventory check
