10th grade completion and above with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor the corrugation and roll-forming line (including decoilers, feeding guides, corrugating rollers, and hydraulic shears) according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve minor mechanical faults, unusual vibrations, or operational abnormalities during the profiling process.
- Enforce and follow strict safety protocols for handling heavy metal coils, high-pressure hydraulics, and automatic flying shears.
- Ensure proper usage of required PPE (including cut-resistant gloves, safety shoes, and hearing protection) around active roll-forming lines.
