10th grade completion & above with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and oversee central control systems for the galvanizing line (including furnace temperature, line speed, zinc pot chemistry, and air knives) according to SOPs.
- Lead execution of preventive maintenance routines on critical central equipment, including sink rolls, stabilizing rolls, and wiping systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical or process faults in the central pot area independently or with the maintenance crew.
- Ensure correct PPE usage (including heat-resistant suits and face shields) among the operator team in the central area.
