Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and collect price information for medical equipment and supplies.
- Request and compare supplier quotations to support purchasing decisions.
- Prepare price analyses and cost estimates for tender documents.
- Assist in sourcing reliable suppliers and maintaining supplier information.
- Process purchase orders and follow up on procurement activities.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain procurement records, quotations, and purchasing documents.
