Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and preparing a diverse menu of salads, bowls, smoothies, toppings, and grab-and-go items and ensure consistent taste, portioning, and presentation.
- Lead line setup, line checks, and daily preparation before service begins; monitor production yield and waste, optimizing for cost efficiency.
- Ensure allergen controls, labeling accuracy, and nutritional information across all menu items
- Ensure adherence to SOPs for food safety, sanitation, equipment usage, and cleanliness
