Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's long-term vision and growth objectives.
- Provide strategic financial advice to executive management and the Board of Directors.
- Oversee accounting operations, budgeting, financial reporting, treasury, and cash flow management.
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and corporate governance frameworks.
- Coordinate external audits, tax audits, and regulatory reporting activities.
