Job Position: Scholarship Course Developer & Scholarship Advisor (Part-Time)

FutureX Education Consultancy is looking for experienced scholarship professionals to help us build Ethiopia's most comprehensive scholarship preparation platform.

We are expanding beyond U.S. scholarships and are looking for experts who can develop premium scholarship courses for destinations such as China, Turkey, Italy, Europe, and other countries.

This is more than a one-time content creation opportunity. We're looking for long-term partners who want to grow with us as we build one of Ethiopia's leading scholarship education platforms.

We Are Looking For

This opportunity is for you if:
- You have successfully secured international scholarships yourself or have extensive experience helping students win scholarships.
- You have worked in a scholarship consultancy or university admissions office (highly preferred).
- You have deep knowledge of scholarship applications, university admissions, visa processes, and required documentation.
- You can confidently teach topics such as finding scholarships, university selection, essays, CVs, recommendation letters, interviews, visa preparation, and the complete application process.
- You communicate clearly and are comfortable recording professional educational videos.
- You are detail-oriented and committed to producing accurate, high-quality educational content.
- Experience with scholarships for China, Turkey, Italy, Europe, Canada, Australia, the UK, or other destinations is highly encouraged.

Role & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive video lessons covering scholarship and university application processes.
- Create practical resources, templates, and supporting materials for students.
- Share real-world strategies, common mistakes, and proven application techniques.
- Keep course content updated as scholarship requirements change.
- Work closely with FutureX to continuously improve the quality of the scholarship program.

Compensation
- Payment is made per completed and approved video lesson.
- Additional compensation opportunities will be available through services such as:

Scholarship application review
Essay review and editing
Statement of Purpose (SOP) guidance
CV review
University application support
Student consultation and mentorship
