Cadila Pharmaceuticals (Ethiopia) P.L.C, a Joint Venture Company between Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, India and Almeta Impex P.L.C, Ethiopia, put up a Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing facility for Tablets, Capsules & Liquids at Akaki, near Addis Ababa. Applications are invited from young and dynamic professionals aspiring for a bright career, to join us in the following positions.
Position 1: Jr. Microbiologist Qualification: –. B.Sc. Degree in Biology Experience: 0 year. Major Responsibilities:
- To ensure that all instruments in the microbiology lab have the necessary current revised SOPs.
- To ensure that the instruments are calibrated as per schedule and the necessary records are maintained.
- To ensure that calibrated instruments are labeled with necessary tag.
- To prepare media and perform the necessary microbiological analysis on different raw materials, water samples, finished products and stability samples.
- To perform environmental monitoring of the different manufacturing lines.
- Ensure that used culture media are properly disinfected and sterilized and disposed of as per procedure.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: QC Chemist Education and Experience
- BSc. Degree in Chemistry from a recognized College University
- Minimum 3-year experience
Competencies and Skills
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Understanding of cGMP
