Duties and Responsibilities
- Accurately entering daily financial transactions, including accounts payable (bills) and accounts receivable (invoices), into the accounting system.
- Assisting in maintaining and updating the General Ledger to ensure all financial data is accurate and up to date.
- Monitoring, recording, and reconciling daily petty cash expenses to ensure accurate balance.
- Performing basic financial analysis, such as variance analysis (comparing actual spending against the budget), to help track company performance.
