This isn't an agency where you'll edit the same type of videos every day.

Our environment moves fast. You'll constantly be learning about new customer avatars, mastering new AI workflows, testing different creative formats, and producing ads quickly enough that ClickUp never gets the chance to add an "Overdue" tag to your briefs.

If you're someone who enjoys improving every week, thrives under pressure, and loves seeing your work directly impact revenue, you'll fit right in.

Don't Apply If:
• You can't edit ads at the level shown in our examples.
• You can't consistently deliver 2–3 briefs per day.
• You don't have 35–40 hours per week to dedicate to our brand.
• You want to work with multiple clients at the same time.

Compensation
• Starting Salary: 20,000–30,000 ETB per month, depending on your experience and skill level.
• Performance-Based Growth: The better your videos perform, the more you earn. There is no earning ceiling.
• Salary Growth: Depending on your workload, quality of work, and overall performance, your monthly salary can grow to 80,000–100,000 ETB.
