Job Description:
Bezaw Curbside P.L.C. is seeking two highly active and persuasive Assistant Onboarding Officers to serve as our frontline scouting team. You will be the tip of the spear in our merchant expansion. Your primary mission is to physically scout neighborhoods across Addis Ababa, identify potential high-value vendors (supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants), and make the crucial first approach to introduce them to the "Addis Drive-Thru" platform. You will generate the leads that fuel our entire corporate sales engine.

Key Responsibilities:
Field Scouting: Physically canvas targeted zones in Addis Ababa to identify high-potential retail and restaurant partners.
The First Approach: Confidently execute cold-approaches to store managers and business owners, pitching the core benefits of Bezaw Curbside.
Lead Generation: Collect direct contact details, business information, and gauge initial interest to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
Document Collection: Assist interested merchants in filling out initial registration forms and gathering mandatory MoR compliance documents (TIN, Business Licenses, etc.).
Team Coordination: Work directly with the Merchant Acquisition Manager, seamlessly handing over warm leads so management can close the final contracts.
Daily Reporting: Log all contacted vendors, follow-up dates, and conversion statuses into the Bezaw Vendor Tracker.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Energy & Drive: High physical energy and a willingness to spend the majority of the workday operating in the field across Addis Ababa.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills; absolutely fearless when cold-approaching and speaking to established business owners.
Organization: Detail-oriented in collecting documents and tracking leads.
Language: Fluent in Amharic (great in English).
Mindset: A hungry, results-oriented attitude with a desire to learn B2B sales from the ground up.
