The Institution invites qualified, experienced, and detail-oriented professionals to apply for the following positions.
POSITION: CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER I Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma / TVET Level IV in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Microfinance, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant experience 5 years for diploma holder as a Teller, Customer Service Officer, or Cashier within microfinance institutions or commercial banking environments is preferred and 0 years for BA holder. Hands-on experience in cash handling, vault management, and entering financial transactions into Core Banking Systems (CBS). Required Skills & Competencies:
- High degree of accuracy in numerical calculations, cash counting, and transaction posting.
- Strong understanding of KYC requirements, check verification, and currency authenticity checks.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and ability to reconcile daily accounts accurately.
