Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature, Teaching English as a Foreign/Second Language (TEFL/TESL/ELT), or a closely related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver engaging, student-centered lessons in Basic and Communicative English tailored to first-year college students.
- Develop course outlines, lesson plans, instructional materials, and continuous assessment tools in line with the institution’s curriculum.
- Support students in developing academic reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, and presentation skills.
- Identify students with language learning gaps and provide targeted remedial support and mentorship.
