Roles & Responsibilities
• Listen actively to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Follow up with clients promptly to share product updates
• Close sales effectively by guiding clients through the buying process
• Keep detailed records of client interactions, feedback and sales activities.
• Provide regular reports as per the company reporting method
• Actively use social media and digital marketing to connect with clients. Regular post on TikTok
• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales and marketing trends to remain competitive
• Ensure all marketing materials follow brand guidelines
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policy
• Collaborate in promoting the company’s products and strengthen the brand

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 months real estate experience as Sales person is Mandatory
• Bachelors degree
• Well dressed and well spoken
