- Oversee social media community management by replying to inquiries, monitoring feedback, and maintaining active audience engagement.
- Monitor channel analytics, track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion), and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm changes, and digital viral formats to keep brand messaging fresh and relevant.
