Job Summary

The role bridges sales growth and financial discipline by driving revenue targets, coordinating logistics and deliveries, and actively monitoring customer accounts to minimize bad debt.

Key Responsibilities
• Sales Operations: Drive market sales growth, recruit new accounts, and pitch product proposals to hit revenue goals.
• Distribution & Logistics: Sync delivery schedules with warehousing while tracking inventory flows and reporting fulfillment issues.
• Credit & Collection: Pursue overdue payments, structure repayment plans within company limits, and escalate delinquent accounts.
• Reconciliation & Reporting: Maintain sales/collection records, reconcile accounts, and report market intelligence and performance to management.

Job Requirements & Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience: Typically 2–5 years in sales distribution, collection, and account reconciliation (paper and tissue factory or manufacturing preferred).
• Key Skills: High-level negotiation, communication, financial reconciliation accuracy, route/network oversight, and relationship management
