KBEK Group is looking for a creative, skilled and hands-on social media & Digital Marketing Officer to manage and grow the company's digital presence.

We are looking for a practical professional who can independently manage social media platforms, create and edit digital content, maintain the company website, execute online advertising campaigns and generate qualified sales leads.

This is a hands-on execution position, not a managerial role.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage KBEK Group's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Create, design, edit and publish engaging posts, promotional materials, product presentations and short videos.
• Prepare and implement weekly social media content calendars.
• Manage and update the company website, including product information, images and company announcements.
• Execute digital advertising campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Apply basic SEO practices to improve website visibility.
• Generate qualified customer inquiries and sales leads through digital platforms.
• Monitor and respond to online inquiries and coordinate sales leads with the Sales & Business Development team.
• Track social media engagement, website traffic, campaign performance and lead generation.
• Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor's degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, IT, Multimedia or a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in social media management and digital marketing.Proven ability to independently manage business social media accounts.Practical skills in graphic design, photography and video editing.Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or equivalent tools.Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads and basic SEO.Website management experience, preferably using WordPress.Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Amharic.Creative, proactive, organized and able to work independently.Portfolio or examples of previous work are highly desirable.Please use “Social Media & Digital Marketing Officer” as the subject of your application.KBEK Group

• Minimum 2–3 years of practical experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to independently manage business social media accounts.
• Practical skills in graphic design, photography and video editing.
• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or equivalent tools.
