Our company is looking for a qualified Site Manager & BOQ Operation Specialist based in Addis Ababa for immediate employment. We require professionals with a minimum of two years of demonstrated experience managing interior design and fit-out projects, backed by solid technical expertise in woodworking, metalwork, and all related finishing works including gypsum, electrical, ceramic, and plumbing.

The successful candidate will serve as a vital link between administrative cost estimation and active site operations. Core responsibilities include conducting site surveys, producing as-built CAD documentation, generating Bills of Quantities (BOQs), overseeing material procurement planning, and enforcing rigorous quality control and defect remediation standards across all finishing trades. You will collaborate closely with our project management team to ensure operational efficiency, accurate financial tracking, and adherence to project timelines.
