Job Description

Opal Travel is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Flight Booking Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities
• Handle domestic and international flight reservations.
• Search flight availability and compare ticket fares.
• Assist with ticket issuance, changes, and cancellations.
• Support visa applications and embassy appointment bookings.
• Provide professional customer service.
• Maintain accurate booking records.

Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
• GDS training or practical experience is an advantage.
• Good computer and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
