About Us

We're a growing retail-tech company. Our app is a loyalty app for supermarket shoppers, customers earn points every time they shop and turn them into discounts on their next visit.

We're launching in new partner stores and need friendly, energetic people on the floor.

What you'll do

• Welcome shoppers and explain our app in simple words

• Help customers download the app, sign up, and earn their first points

• Answer questions and fix sign-up or points issues on the spot

• Hit daily and weekly sign-up milestones

• Report your numbers and customer feedback every day

• Work with store staff to keep checkout smooth

Who we're looking for

• Lives in or near Hayat Adebabay or Bole Medhanialem

• Comfortable starting conversations with strangers

• Fluent Amharic; basic English is a plus

• Owns a smartphone and is good with apps

• Reliable and on time

• Sales, promotion, retail or customer service experience is a plus, not required
