Job Summary

Heleph Coffee Export Company is looking for a skilled and passionate Barista to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages while maintaining the company's coffee standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare espresso, cappuccino, macchiato, latte, and other coffee beverages.
• Maintain consistent coffee taste and preparation standards.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines and coffee equipment.
• Apply proper grinding, brewing, and extraction techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the coffee preparation area.
• Educate customers about coffee products and varieties.
• Monitor coffee and beverage ingredients and report shortages.
• Minimize coffee and material wastage.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Support promotional activities and new product introductions.

Requirements
• Relevant barista training or certification is an advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience.
• Good knowledge of espresso preparation and brewing techniques.
• Experience operating professional coffee machines.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good personal hygiene and attention to cleanliness.
• Passion for coffee and willingness to learn.
