Job Summary

Heleph Coffee Export Company is looking for friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Waiters to provide excellent customer service, receive orders, serve food and beverages, and create a welcoming experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Welcome customers professionally and courteously.
• Present menus and explain available products.
• Receive and accurately communicate customer orders.
• Serve coffee, beverages, and food promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and customer service areas.
• Coordinate with baristas and kitchen staff.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Present bills and coordinate payment processing.
• Ensure proper table arrangement before and after service.
• Maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene.
• Report customer feedback to the supervisor.
• Follow company service standards and operational procedures.

Requirements
• Diploma or relevant training in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant waiter or customer service experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service attitude.
• Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
• Professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
