About the role
Lemat is a restaurant operating system built in Addis Ababa by A'emro Technologies. You will be the face of Lemat in the field ,meeting restaurant owners, showing them how Lemat works on a phone or tablet, and helping them get started.
What you'll do
• Visit restaurants, cafés, lounges and hotels and meet owners and managers
• Give live demos of Lemat on phone or tablet
• Understand each restaurant's needs and recommend the right package
• Help with setup and onboarding (menu upload, basic staff training)
• Follow up with interested restaurants until the deal is closed
• Create short TikTok/Instagram videos from restaurant visits (about 3 per week)
• Submit a short daily report of visits, demos and leads
What we're looking for
• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Marketing or related field
• Experience in tech support, business development or customer-facing roles is a plus
• Comfortable explaining apps and software simply
• Excellent Amharic and good English
• Confident, friendly, well presented, self-motivated
• Comfortable on camera and active on TikTok (strong plus)
• Smartphone required
