Job Summary

Heleph Coffee Export Company is looking for a creative, results-driven, and experienced Marketing Officer to promote the company's coffee products, expand market opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies.
• Identify potential domestic and international coffee markets.
• Promote green coffee, roasted coffee, and private-label products.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Develop marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Manage social media and digital marketing activities.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
• Support branding, packaging, and product positioning.
• Coordinate exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional events.
• Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.
• Work closely with the sales team to achieve business targets.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience.
• Experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of market research and marketing strategies.
• Creative thinking and strong content development skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Experience in coffee, export, or FMCG marketing is an advantage.
