Are you passionate about visual storytelling, creative editing, and developing the next generation of video creators?

SERI Skill Center is looking for a talented, creative, and experienced Video Editing Instructor who can inspire students, teach industry-standard editing techniques, and transform beginners into confident video editing professionals.

1. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver practical, engaging video editing training sessions.
Teach professional video editing techniques from beginner to advanced levels.
Train students in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other relevant editing software.
Teach storytelling, visual communication, transitions, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
Guide students through real-world video production and editing projects.
Develop creative assignments, editing challenges, and portfolio projects.
Evaluate students' progress and provide professional feedback.
Introduce students to commercial video editing, social media content creation, and industry standards.
Continuously update course materials based on current industry trends.

2. Qualifications & Requirements

Relevant educational background in Film, Media Production, Multimedia, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience.
Strong practical knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or other editing tools is an advantage.
Strong understanding of storytelling, cinematography, color grading, and sound design.
A professional portfolio demonstrating previous editing projects.
Excellent communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
Ability to manage practical classroom activities and student projects.
