Job Title: - Cashier

Immediate Supervisor: computer sales Manager

Job Summary: --The cashier is responsible for the overall handling of the sales payment of the company.

• Answer customers' questions about payment, receipt, receivable, and provide information on procedures or policies.

• Generates Invoice

• Receive payments

• Prepare daily sales report

• Deposit cash or cheque daily

• Present daily Sales Report

• Collect and post balance's that the company have in different Banks

• Prepare weekly, monthly and annually sales Report

• Collect payment from customer

• Print Z-Report every evening (11:30 PM)

• To Inform annual service of cash register machine to the service provider Ipos

• Inform CNET to update the date of the software

• Collect Advice and Statement from all Banks that the company had an

• Work on every case concerning receipt, withholding, VAT and Cash registration machine problems.

• Assists sales staff, in physical inventory, display and price marking of merchandise as needed.

Qualification and Experience: Diploma in accounting with one-year experience or High school graduate with bookkeeping good mathematical skills, attention to details, good availability and cash handling experience. Knowledge of Peachtree Accounting Software is preferable and 2 Years’ Experience in relevant filed.
