We are seeking a detail-oriented Structural Engineer to join our engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for structural analysis, load calculations, drafting detailed structural drawings, and providing technical engineering oversight for building, industrial, and infrastructure projects to ensure structural safety, stability, and code compliance.

Key Responsibilities
• Structural Analysis & Design: Perform structural calculations, load analyses, and structural modeling for reinforced concrete, steel, and timber structures.
• Drawing & Blueprint Preparation: Prepare, review, and approve detailed structural design drawings, rebar schedules, structural steel details, and foundation layouts using CAD/BIM software.
• Site Inspections & Quality Control: Conduct site visits to inspect ongoing construction, verify rebar placement and structural steel assembly against approved drawings, and resolve site design conflicts.
• Code & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all structural designs comply with national building codes, structural engineering standards, and safety regulations.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, project managers, and site supervisors to integrate structural designs seamlessly into overall project plans.
• Material & Cost Optimization: Evaluate structural material specifications, conduct structural integrity assessments, and propose cost-effective design solutions without compromising safety.

Education

Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from an accredited university.

Experience

3 to 4 years of direct professional experience in structural design and engineering.

Software Skills

High proficiency in structural design software (ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, STAAD Pro, Tekla) and drafting tools (AutoCAD, Revit Structure).

Technical Knowledge

Solid grounding in structural dynamics, foundation engineering, reinforced concrete design, steel structure design, and relevant building codes.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical problem-solving skills, precision, clear technical report writing, and team collaboration.
