The Role

Nicomas Digitals is looking for a dynamic Creative Team Lead & Senior Social Media Manager to take full ownership of our content production, copywriting, and social media growth strategies—both for our agency and our diverse portfolio of clients.

You won't be doing it alone. You will directly lead our dedicated in-house Creative Content Pod (Graphic Designer, Videographer/Editor, and On-Camera Brand Host) in our new office space equipped with a dedicated mini-studio.

What You’ll Own:
• Creative Direction: Concept, plan, and direct bold, trend-aligned content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Full-Funnel Social Media Management: Manage publishing calendars, community engagement, analytics tracking, and organic growth strategies.
• Copywriting & Storytelling: Write high-converting hooks, video scripts, and engaging captions that represent diverse brand voices.
• Creative Pod Leadership: Direct weekly and monthly shoot schedules, collaborate with our camera/editor crew, and guide our on-camera hosts.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts and leading content production in an agency or brand setting.
• Platform Mastery: Deep understanding of current algorithms, formats, and viral storytelling dynamics (especially TikTok, Reels, and LinkedIn).
• Leadership Skills: Ability to organize shooting schedules, give actionable feedback to creatives, and meet tight client deadlines.
• Location Requirement: Our office is located in Kilinto, inside the AASTU campus compound (beside Kilinto Prison). Candidates must reside in/near Kilinto, Koye Feche, Tulu Dimtu, Akaki, Kality, Saris, Goro, or be fully prepared for the daily commute.
