Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or with related field of study with relevant work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
- Source and purchase printing materials, including stickers, vinyl, flex banners, paper, inks, toners, and other printing consumables.
- Procure materials for special stand construction, including MDF, HDF, wood, metal, acrylic, and other fabrication materials.
- Request and compare quotations from at least three suppliers before purchasing.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
