10th Grade completion and above with relevant work experience
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Compact subgrade, base courses, and asphalt layers to the required density and finish
- Use the correct roller type, passes, speed, and pattern as instructed
- Work behind the paver and keep proper timing and temperature for asphalt compaction
- Dig ditches, drains, culvert trenches, and foundations
- Load tipper trucks safely and efficiently
- Support bush clearing, shoulder works, and clearing of drainage
